Food

Cooking has never been an important factor for me. I don’t hate it, it’s useful to know your way around the kitchen. I don’t enjoy cooking for people. I enjoy throwing stuff together. I’m definitely a minimalist in the kitchen, shortcuts and semi homemade is my specialty. I love gadgets though, I have a chefs series food processor/immersion blender from Dash that I’ve used a handful of times, I’ve invested in expensive (to me) cookware, I chose carefully when buying all the other cooking essentials but yet .. I rarely cooked.

I don’t know, I just feel like it now. Definitely big on meal prepping. Love cooking a big batch of something and eating it all week. That’s one thing about me, I can absolutely eat the same thing for eons. I have weekly staples like Buffalo Chicken Dip and a version of chicken cordon bleu that I make in my Crock-Pot (the casserole one.. love it)
